We are an independent CRO operating out of the USA that provides preclinical drug services in state-of-the art, GLP-certified research laboratories in Kiev, Ukraine. Our research facilities are supported by the UNAMS and Health Department and provide services for commercial development of new drug discoveries as part of their main mission. The CRO was founded to bring the high quality, low-cost services of these research sites to start-up biotech companies in the U.S. and EU, thereby providing them with an attractive option for promoting development programs quickly and at much lower cost than other commercial Contract Research Organizations. We offer a broad range of pre-clinical trials including medicine safety, acute and chronic toxicity, pharmacological screening, bio-availability , bioequivalence, and full in vivo and in vitro screening for anti-cancer activity.

Our preclinical Contract Research Organization is able to price preclinical services far below other CROs because we have a very low overhead in the USA and perform all testing in Ukraine where labor and facility costs are much lower. Our team in the U.S. is comprised of only of the company principals who work directly with clients; we have no marketing costs other than our site, and no head offices, supporting staff or other overhead to increase prices. We have much lower study conduct prices in Kiev, UA due to much lower personnel rates and are able to provide our best pricing for longer and more intricate pre-clinical tests where labor is the greatest part of the overall cost. Because we use the same reliable international suppliers for lab animals, reagents and laboratory supplies as other Contract Research Organizations, we don’t have any cost advantage on these items and thus less overall cost savings for very short-term preclinical tests. However, regardless of your test protocol and duration, our goal is to provide our clients the greatest possible value for their money.
